The “Kinanomiya” souvenir sweets range from KISSHOKARYO was created using only the best soybeans (from cultivation to in-house roasting of the beans for soy flour) to create high-grade delicacies. The degree of roasting is adjusted to suit the particular soy bean depending on the variety and where it is produced, ensuring the perfect kinako soybean flour is used for each sweet. Careful attention is also given to the ingredients other than the kinako soybean flour.
